The license agreements are effective for the lifetime of the purchaser.

The rights granted herein are non-transferable.

GuitarWavs audio loops are licensed, not sold, to you to be used as part of your original music productions.

Re-selling or trading any loop collection is strictly prohibited.

GuitarWavs expressly disclaims all warranties of conditions of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranty of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for any purpose.

You agree that GuitarWavs cumulative liability with respect to any claims made in relation to or arising out of this agreement on any theory or basis will not exceed the purchase fee paid by you to GuitarWavs.

Posting up on sharing, torrent or any other "freeware" or "shareware" sites is strictly prohibited.

All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved.

The laws of the State of Maryland govern this EULA.
